Mr. Sampad Kumar Basak is one of the most esteemed and critically acclaimed members of the Institute Chartered Accountant of Bangladesh (ICAB) since 1990. He has over 35 years of experience working with closely held businesses in Bangladesh and specializes in Tax, Corporate Law and business valuation Reporting. In addition, he has experience auditing and assurance both private and public banks, government entities, and not-for-profit organizations. He holds a B.Com., Honors, from Chattogram University, Bangladesh, and also holds M.Com. in Accounting from Chattogram University, Bangladesh.

Mr. Md. Ashraful Haque is one of the most respected members of the Institute Chartered Accountant of Bangladesh (ICAB) since 2007. He has over 18 years of experience working with closely held businesses in Bangladesh as Controller Finance in business conglomerates, Senior Assistant Vice President & Head of Accounts of non-banking organization and Head of Financial Administration (FAD) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at multiple banks in different capacities. He has experience in Auditing, Accounting, Tax, business valuation, management consultant etc. He joined Shafiq Basak & Co., Chartered Accountants in August 2023. He holds a B.A (Pass) and M.com. in Accounting under Dhaka University, Bangladesh.

Md. Monir Hossen, ACA a is a leader in SBC’s audit and assurance services with versatile knowledge in auditing banks, insurance companies and publicly listed companies. He focuses on improving the audit methodologies in accordance with the guidelines of International Standards on Auditing (ISA). He is highly trained in Caseware International, a worldwide recognized auditing software in compliance with ISAs.
He started his career with the PRAN-RFL Group where he was mostly involved in designing and improving the internal control system to boost up the operational efficiency that helps maximizing shareholders wealth.
